Oh boom, I hadn’t thought of that. This is valid. If you can be exclusive and sell only plus size clothes, why can’t you be exclusive and only sell petite clothes? Granted, some of the wording was unnecessary, but I say it’s his company he can do whatever the fuck he wants.

This all reminds me of an article i read about two African Americans who tried to sue The Bachelor for having “Exclusively white bachelors” and the judge said he can’t force them to have non white bachelors for the same reason The Cosbys could have an exclusively African American cast.

That being said, I’m 5 foot nothing 150lbs and I just bought jeans from A&F so it’s NOT just clothes for “skinny bitches”
